Cake International Birmingham 2016

This past week end was one of the most beautiful that i had lately: the Cake international Birmingham fair and Cake Masters Awards.

This was the second year I was part of Cake International as a competitor and first year as a Exposant. I entered two pieces in competition, both in flower category: one in Class B and one in Class C. And had a shared stand with Yine, my sweet friend from Canela en Casa( beautiful puzzle cookie cutters concept). I had a wonderful experience as demostrator , in Edible Artists Global Awards stand #EAGAwards, where i made a free formed Clematis demo, and had the honour to meet the Edible Artists Network team. During the demo I found out my both pieces in competition have medals: a bronze and a silver. I feelt so happy about it! I had the plesure to meet so many people that I love and whom work i admire!!! Had dinner on friday night with Les Brown, Margaret Ellis, Siobhan Buckley, Rini Montanus, Arina van Driel, Shaile .... And..I was lucky enought to be at the Cake Masters Award Gala, meet lots of great artists, had a great dinner, danced...
